On Approval

Items taken on approval are due back 48hrs after initial pull. There will be no exceptions for late returns and rental fees will apply for anything returned after the approval return date.

Rentals are due back at the end of the business day 7 days from your initial pull.

Cash, Cheque or Credit Card (please note a 2.9% credit card recover fee on ONLY the deposit amount will be applied to your final invoice.)

Cleaning

Used items must either be professionally cleaned prior to returning within the rental period, or we will do the cleaning and bill you accordingly.
